“Folding System”
For my piece I used cardboard and cut small strips. Then I folded them to create abstract shapes and glued them together. I wanted to make sure that the eye had a lot of pathways to look through so I tried overlapping them to give them more dimension. I also tried to make sure that you would get different views from different angles and used that idea to figure out how to align them. Overall I like this piece a lot more than my first attempt.
This piece is more contained than your original piece, they are different and have individual strengths. This piece does have an interesting exterior as well as creating rather intriguing interior views and shapes.
