Pretty unhappy with the outcome. I wanted to pay around with the texture of the inner part of cardboard (the wavy part). And before I painted the cardboard it kept rigid and created interesting shapes and loops, but after it was painted it just became floppy and never regained the rigidity it had before even when completely dried. So I didn’t know what to do with this floppy mess since I did not have extra cardboard on hand at the time. So I got all the regrets for this particular project.

Interesting approach to the project. I think that hanging and stretching out the work (since it is so flexible) would create some interesting plays of light and shadow, as well as solid and void, although we do see some interesting occupied and unoccupied spaces in these images. In this case the photographs of the piece may be more interesting to you than the piece itself. It is a different challenge, working with flexible material than rigid cardboard, but the color really enhances the piece, and was worth the trouble.
