For my Mask Project inspired from sculptor/architect Gian Lorenzo Bernini, I made a sort of glove adapted from Bernini’s “Apollo and Daphne” sculpture depicting Daphne’s only salvation from Apollo was to turn into a tree. Since My project was not utilizing paper mache I wanted to make sure I followed the orientation of Bernini’s sculpture (branches/ leaves from each finger / hand) so that his elements were still clear despite mine having more color (leaves).

Wow! I did not expect you to have created something that was actually wearable and I’m very impressed! I could actually see this being worn by someone with an eccentric style or even someone going to Coachella. The orientation of the branches/leaves are spot on. Very cool!
